When did your DJ career first begin? My DJ career began in 2003 when I started working at Bar Norfolk and Have a Nice Day Cafe. Additionally, I joined the Z104 radio station, which further contributed to my career development.

Why/how did you become a DJ? I pursued a career as a DJ due to my profound passion for music and my desire to entertain and engage people. To fulfill my dream, I enrolled in the Connecticut School of Broadcasting and underwent training with experienced DJs, which provided me with the necessary skills and foundation to embark on my journey as a professional DJ.

How would you describe your personal DJ/MC style? My DJ style encompasses remixes and mashups, allowing me to infuse my own creative touch into the music. As an MC, my extensive experience of being on the radio for 13 years has honed my ability to confidently address large crowds and engage them in an authentic and spontaneous manner.

What are some notable accomplishments, awards or recognitions you have received throughout your DJ career?
What is your favorite thing about being a DJ? I have had the privilege of winning Mix Master of the 757, a prestigious recognition within the DJ community. Additionally, my work has been featured in numerous reputable magazines. Notably, I have had the opportunity to open for esteemed artists such as N.E.R.D., Pharrell, Robin Thicke, Snoop Dogg, Diplo, Ashanti, and many other influential names in the industry.

What is your favorite part of being a DJ? The most gratifying aspect of being a DJ is the ability to transport people to a state of pure enjoyment and liberation through music. I take immense pleasure in entertaining and providing an atmosphere where individuals can momentarily escape their daily struggles and fully immerse themselves in the music experience.

What are a few interesting (non DJ related) facts about yourself? Apart from my DJ career, I have a deep appreciation for various art forms. I find joy in exploring the realms of movies, travel, and live theater. Additionally, I have a particular fondness for Disney World and cherish the opportunity to engage with diverse forms of artistic expression.
